It’s important for churches and schools to develop a Stewardship Matrix, as it helps them manage and optimize donors’ support. The Stewardship Matrix accomplishes this is three ways: Increases the organizations’ response consistency; Avoids donors being overlooked; And, standardizes the process. Done properly, the Stewardship Matrix helps retain donors, moves donors towards larger gifts, and builds a strong and committed donor community. See the example attached.
