- Olanna’s passion for exploration extends beyond her professional life. She is an avid world traveler who brings a global perspective to her work. When we hired her, she was in Mexico. As we write this article, she’s in Brazil. Her experiences abroad enrich her understanding of diverse cultures and communities, which will be invaluable in her role at NFM.

- Olanna is a proud graduate of Morgan State University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership and community service. She calls Baltimore home, bringing a deep connection to the local community and a commitment to fostering positive change.

- As we welcome Olanna, we also bid a tearful goodbye to Sonia Faye. Sonia has been instrumental in the development of NFM’s systems and has played a key role in our growth and success. Her dedication and hard work have left an indelible mark on our organization. Whether it was designing efficient operational processes, leading key projects, or mentoring team members, Sonia’s contributions have been invaluable. Sonia has decided to step down to focus on her family and health. While we are sad to see her go, we fully support her decision and wish her all the best. Her legacy will continue to inspire us, and she will always be a cherished member of the NFM family.
