Paul Hosch
Paul Hosch is the Founder and CEO of Nonprofit Fundraising Management, a specialized firm dedicated to providing comprehensive fundraising support for religious institutions committed to making a positive impact in their communities. With a focus on transforming existing programs or developing new ones, Paul collaborates with leadership to enhance their financial resources. NFM has successfully partnered with notable organizations such as Second Baptist Church in Orange County, CA; Interdenominational Theological College in Atlanta, GA; The Emory Fellowship in Washington, DC; St. John’s United Methodist Church in Houston, TX; and Central United Methodist Church in Atlanta, GA. A graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Southern California, Paul is pursuing a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from the University of San Francisco, with a thesis centered on Fundraising in the Black Church. For 14 years, Paul served as the Senior Vice President for Mission Advancement at Verbum Dei Jesuit High School, overseeing a team of five while managing a department dedicated to raising an annual average of $3.5M to $4M. Despite challenges, such as the pandemic in 2020, the team successfully raised $7M in eight months. All said, he has raised over $50M for the high school. Prior to this role, Paul held key positions at USC’s Keck School of Medicine, the Alzheimer’s Association, and the American Heart Association. Beyond his professional commitments, Paul is the Board Chairman Emeritus at Santa Monica College, contributing to the management of a $20M endowment and annual distribution of over $500K in scholarships. He serves as the Development Chair on the TACSC Board of Directors. Personally, Paul enjoys various interests, including spending time with his wife, Karla, and loved ones, collecting art, cooking vegan foods, reading everything he can get his hands on, engaging in fitness, and pursuing national and international travel. Known as the world’s greatest uncle among family and friends, Paul takes great pride in this cherished title

Olanna Maduchukwu is the Chief of Operations at Nonprofit Fundraising Management (NFM), where she leverages her extensive expertise in data analysis, digital marketing, and organizational systems to drive sales success and achieve company goals. With a focus on creating efficient workflows and integrating various media and communication platforms, Olanna enhances operational effectiveness and marketing strategies. Olanna's background includes over 8 years of experience, during which she has demonstrated a strong ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. She has successfully managed producing projects in various departments, monitored digital marketing campaigns, and established robust CRM systems, all contributing to providing an exceptional all-in-one operational experience. Her support of project workflows and maintenance of client systems has ensured seamless functionality and client satisfaction. Olanna has directed marketing efforts for multi-million-dollar properties, achieving high occupancy rates and significantly increasing inquiries and foot traffic through strategic social media marketing. Her expertise in data analysis has optimized the timing of promotions and community events, while her experience in planning and executing various events and negotiating vendor agreements has consistently secured client satisfaction. A graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-platform Production (2014-2018), Olanna excels in her role as Chief of Operations. Her leadership and strategic vision have consistently proven her to be an indispensable asset to NFM. Based in Washington, D.C., Olanna's skills in digital marketing, CRM control, project management, and analytics drive growth and development within the organization. Olanna is passionate about working with nonprofits, valuing the selfless dedication that drives such organizations. Deborah Stallings is a marketing strategist with 4 years of hands-on experience helping businesses grow through sales funnels, messaging, and content marketing. She focuses on building simple, effective systems that help business owners sell with confidence. Deborah earned her degree in psychology from Penn State in 2022 and brings both strategy and insight into how people think, decide, and buy.
