Paul Hosch

Paul Hosch is the Founder and CEO of Nonprofit Fundraising Management (NFM), a firm dedicated to helping religious institutions grow their financial capacity. With over two decades of experience and more than $50M raised, Paul has led fundraising efforts for organizations such as Verbum Dei Jesuit High School, USC’s Keck School of Medicine, and The Emory Fellowship. He holds a B.S. in Business from USC and is pursuing a master’s in Nonprofit Management at the University of San Francisco, with a thesis on fundraising in the Black Church. Paul also serves on the TACSC Board and is Chairman Emeritus at Santa Monica College. Outside of work, he enjoys art, vegan cooking, travel, reading, and proudly holds the title of “world’s greatest uncle.”

Janay Richmond

Janay Richmond is the Chief Operating Officer at NFM, where she builds systems and strategies that strengthen the team's work with churches and nonprofits. A graduate of Bradley University and an MBA recipient (summa cum laude) from Saint Xavier University, Janay began her career as a small business owner before transitioning to public service with leaders in Congress and the Oval Office. Most recently, she directed two departments at a national philanthropic nonprofit, launching new programs, building high-performing teams, and leading large-scale initiatives. Janay's work ensures NFM’s mission advances with operational excellence, focus, and impact.

Deborah Stallings

Deborah Stallings is the marketing lead at NFM, where she leads the campaigns that bring Black churches and nonprofits to the table. With a psychology degree from Penn State and 4+ years of experience in sales funnels, messaging, and content strategy, she builds marketing systems that speak directly to the people NFM was built to serve. Deborah’s work ensures NFM’s mission reaches the leaders who need it most — with clarity, and consistency.
